Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Tremodi Solutions website (tremodi.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services.
Services
Tremodi Solutions LLC provides cybersecurity consulting, managed IT services, business technology solutions, and related professional services. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual engagement agreements between Tremodi Solutions and the client.
Engagement Terms
All service engagements are governed by a separate statement of work or engagement agreement. Hourly consulting is billed at $75–100/hr depending on scope. Managed service retainers are billed monthly. All licensing and third-party costs are billed at cost with no markup. Engagements are month-to-month unless otherwise specified in writing.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of Tremodi Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their environment, granting necessary access for assessments and implementations, and maintaining the security of their own credentials. Tremodi Solutions is not liable for damages resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client or unauthorized changes made to systems after our engagement.
Limitation of Liability
Tremodi Solutions LLC provides services on an “as-is” basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcomes of any engagement. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
